Terms and Conditions of the BEE TRUCK Online Store
§1. General Provisions
- The BEE TRUCK online store is operated by a natural person, Piotr Hubicki, based in Poland, EU, within the framework of unregistered business activity, in accordance with Article 5(1) of the Polish Entrepreneur’s Law of March 6, 2018.
- Due to not exceeding the statutory revenue threshold, the owner benefits from the VAT exemption for small taxpayers, pursuant to Article 113 of the Polish VAT Act of March 11, 2004. Accordingly:
- The seller is not an active VAT taxpayer,
- Sales documents issued do not include VAT,
- Prices displayed in the store are gross (final) prices and do not include VAT.

- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, withdrawing from the contract, returns, complaints, and customer responsibilities.
- Shipping is available only to
selected countries listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to choose which countries we deliver to due to logistical constraints.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us via the contact form. We will assess the feasibility of shipping to your location, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment.
§2. Placing Orders and Contract Formation
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store’s website.
- A sales contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation via email.
- All prices are shown in Euro (EUR), United States dollar (USD) or Polish zloty (PLN) and exclude VAT. Delivery costs are displayed before finalizing the order.
- Orders are processed after payment is received — usually within 2–7 business days.
- Deliveries are made via postal operator to the address provided by the customer.
§3. Payment Methods
- The Seller provides the Customer with the following payment methods for placing an order: a) electronic payment via the payment operator Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., based in Dublin, Ireland; b) payment by payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods made available by Stripe, in accordance with the operator’s current offer.
- Settlements of transactions carried out by means of electronic payments and payment cards are conducted through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Block 4, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Ireland.
- By choosing electronic payment, the Customer is redirected to a secure payment form operated by Stripe, where the payment for the order is made.
- The Seller does not charge the Customer any additional fees for using electronic payments, apart from the costs indicated in the order.
§4. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
- The 14-day period starts from the day the customer or a third party receives the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Seller by email.
- The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
- A refund (including the cost of the cheapest offered delivery option) will be made within 14 days using the same payment method.
- The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

§5. Return Policy
- Customers may return products under applicable consumer protection laws.
- Returns are only accepted for unused, complete, and undamaged products (unless damage occurred during shipping).
- The customer must inform the Seller about their intention to return the product via email.
- The return address will be provided by the Seller after receiving the notification.
- The customer must properly secure the package for return shipping.
- Refunds include the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest available delivery option (if applicable).
§6. Complaints
- Customers may submit a complaint in case of:
- manufacturing defects,
- damage during shipping,
- non-compliance with the order.
- Complaints should be submitted via email.
- The complaint must include:
- customer information and order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photos (if possible).
- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.
- If the complaint is accepted, the customer may request:
- repair,
- replacement,
- price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract (in case of a significant defect).
- The cost of returning the product in a justified complaint (within Poland or the EU) is covered by the Seller.
- International Complaints (outside the EU):
- Customers outside the EU are also entitled to submit complaints under these terms.
- If return shipping costs are disproportionately high, the Seller may offer a partial refund instead of a physical exchange.
- The customer must contact the Seller before returning any product from abroad.
- Returned items from non-EU
countries must be clearly marked as “returned goods” to avoid customs
charges.
Incorrect labeling may result in additional costs borne by the customer.
§7. Consumer Obligations
- Customers are required to:
- provide accurate and current personal and contact information,
- read and accept the Terms and Conditions before placing an order,
- pay for the order on time,
- collect the delivery,
- package items securely when returning or claiming a complaint,
- use the store and its products lawfully and responsibly.
- Failure to comply with the above may delay order processing or result in order refusal.
§8. User Accounts
- Customers may create an individual user account on the BEE TRUCK store website.
- Creating an account is optional and not required for placing an order (guest checkout is available).
- To create an account, the customer must provide basic information and set a password.
- The customer agrees to:
- provide true and accurate information,
- keep login credentials confidential,
- not share access with third parties.
- An account enables the customer to:
- view order history,
- manage personal information,
- place future orders more quickly.
- The customer may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting the Seller via email.
- The Seller reserves the right to block or delete an account in cases of:
- violations of the Terms and Conditions,
- providing false information,
- actions harmful to the store or other customers.
§9. Final Provisions
- For matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law shall apply, including:
- the Civil Code,
- the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014,
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- These Terms and Conditions are available on the store's website.
- The Seller reserves the right
to modify the Terms and Conditions.
The version valid at the time of order placement shall apply to that order.
